Acrobat 3D technically called as Adobe Acrobat 3D is a set of computer programs developed and launched by Adobe Systems, Inc.

Adobe Acrobat 3D is available in two versions of Adobe Acrobat with different features. The versions of Adobe Acrobat where the Acrobat 3D has included are:

I. Adobe Acrobat Reader 7.0
II. Adobe Acrobat Reader 8.0

Adobe Acrobat Reader 7.0 version consisting of Acrobat 3D feature is the Windows only that includes all of the functionality of Acrobat Professional 7.0 as well as updated support for embedded 3D, tools for capturing 3D content from OpenGL applications, and the Adobe Acrobat 3D Toolkit for converting CAD documents to PDF objects. Also included is a version of the capture tool for installation on Unix. Adobe Acrobat Reader 8.0 version consisting of Acrobat 3D feature that is having ability to produce embedded PRC data: highly compressed format for geometry and graphics (requires Reader 8.1 to display). Most innovative feature: Product Manufacturing Information, supported for many different CAD formats.
