How are items Shipped?:
We use a variety of carriers for each shipping option. It is not possible to specify a preferred carrier when placing your order. When you select One-Day or Two-Day or 3rd Day Shipping, we may use air or ground shipping as necessary to get your items to you within the promised time frame. |

You will be receiving your merchandise via DHL, FedEx and USPS.
We also deliver to Alaska, Guam, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Virgin Islands via USPS or FedEx (overnight or 2nd day delivery).
We deliver to Canada via USPS (Global Priority Mail or Global Express Mail) and DHL (Express 2-3 days delivery).
Delivery time to Canada is not guarantee.

Shipping Guarantee
Orders placed Monday-Friday by 4:00 PM CST for Continental U.S. are guaranteed for delivery dates selected at the time of check out. If your order is not received on time contact a customer service representative via telephone or email.
