Prophet 21 Integration Services
DESSS connects Prophet 21 to eCommerce, EDI, shipping, CRM, and analytics platforms for Texas wholesale distributors. Clean data. Real-time sync. Zero manual workarounds.
Prophet 21 Integration Services for EDI, eCommerce, CRM, and Reporting
Prophet 21 is the operational core of your distribution business. But it only delivers full value when it's connected to your eCommerce storefront, EDI trading partners, shipping carriers, reporting platform, and CRM. When those connections are broken or manual, the cost shows up everywhere: in data entry time, in pricing errors, in order delays, and in reports nobody trusts.
DESSS designs and builds Prophet 21 integrations that work reliably, exchange accurate data, and reduce manual workload across your entire operation.
P21 Integration Services DESSS Delivers
EDI Integration (X12)
Trading partner onboarding, transaction set configuration (850, 856, 810, 997, 855), mapping, testing, and production deployment. We handle the complexity of EDI compliance, so your team doesn't have to.
eCommerce Integration
Shopify, Magento/Adobe Commerce, WooCommerce, and Epicor Commerce Connect integrations — syncing real-time inventory, contract pricing, order flow, and customer data between P21 and your storefront. B2B and B2C configurations supported.
Shipping Carrier Integration
UPS, FedEx, and LTL carrier integrations for real-time rate shopping, label generation, tracking updates, and shipment confirmation back into P21.
Power BI & Reporting Platform Integration
Direct P21 SQL data connections, semantic layer design, and Power BI dashboard development — giving executives and operations managers real-time visibility into the KPIs P21 tracks but doesn't always surface clearly.
CRM Integration
Salesforce, HubSpot, and Microsoft Dynamics CRM integrations — syncing customer records, order history, pricing, and account data between P21 and your sales team's system of record.
ERP-to-ERP & 3PL Integration
For distributors operating with 3PL partners, manufacturing subsidiaries, or acquired entities on different ERP platforms — DESSS designs and builds the integration architecture to keep data synchronized across systems.
API Architecture & Custom Integration Development
REST API development, middleware configuration (MuleSoft, Azure Logic Apps), and custom integration design for P21 connections that don't fit a standard connector.
How DESSS Builds P21 Integrations
Every integration starts with data mapping — documenting exactly what data moves, in which direction, at what frequency, and under what conditions. We test in a sandbox environment before any production deployment, and we validate data accuracy end-to-end before go-live. Post-deployment monitoring and support are included in every integration engagement.
