Top SAP CRM customer relationship management Consulting company
DESSS is a leading SAP CRM consulting company helping US businesses transform their customer relationship management. Our certified consultants deliver implementation, integration, migration, and support services aligned with your business goals — whether on-premises SAP CRM, SAP Sales Cloud migration, or CRM landscape upgrades.
What Is SAP CRM and Why Does Your Business Need It?
SAP CRM (Customer Relationship Management) is an enterprise-grade software suite that enables organizations to manage every stage of the customer lifecycle — from lead generation and opportunity tracking to after-sales service and loyalty management. Built on the SAP NetWeaver platform, SAP CRM integrates natively with SAP ERP, SAP S/4HANA, and the broader SAP ecosystem.
Businesses that deploy SAP CRM gain:
- A 360-degree unified view of every customer interaction across sales, marketing, and service channels
- Real-time sales pipeline visibility and revenue forecasting
- Intelligent marketing campaign management and lead nurturing workflows
- Integrated field service management and contract management
- Seamless data flow between CRM, ERP, and supply chain systems
- Compliance-ready data governance for industries with strict regulatory requirements
Without a properly implemented and optimized SAP CRM system, businesses face siloed customer data, inconsistent service delivery, missed upsell opportunities, and revenue leakage at every customer touchpoint.
What Is SAP CRM Consulting?
SAP CRM consulting is the process of planning, implementing, customizing, integrating, and supporting SAP's customer relationship management software so a business can manage the full customer lifecycle — from lead generation and sales quotations to service tickets, complaint resolution, and post-sale analytics — inside one connected system. A SAP CRM consulting company typically handles system configuration, data migration from legacy CRM tools, integration with SAP ECC or S/4HANA, user training, and ongoing application support.
Unlike generic CRM platforms, SAP CRM is built to work natively with a company's existing SAP ERP backend, which means sales orders, pricing, inventory, and customer master data all stay synchronized in real time. This is the main reason mid-sized and enterprise companies already running SAP choose SAP CRM (or its successor, SAP CX) over standalone CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.
DESSS SAP CRM Consulting Services
DESSS offers a comprehensive suite of SAP CRM consulting services designed to cover every phase of your CRM transformation journey.
SAP CRM Implementation Services
Our SAP CRM implementation consultants follow a structured, phase-driven methodology — from requirements discovery and system blueprint through configuration, user acceptance testing, and go-live. We map your existing sales, marketing, and service workflows to SAP CRM modules and configure the system to match your business rules, approval hierarchies, and reporting needs. DESSS ensures zero disruption to ongoing operations during go-live through a parallel-run cutover strategy.
SAP CRM Integration Services
SAP CRM does not operate in isolation. DESSS integrates your CRM system with SAP ERP, SAP S/4HANA, SAP BW/BI, third-party marketing automation platforms, eCommerce portals, and legacy data sources. We use SAP Process Integration (PI/PO), SAP Integration Suite (BTP), and middleware connectors to build robust, real-time data exchange pipelines that eliminate manual data entry and ensure consistent information across all business systems.
SAP CRM Migration and Upgrade Services
Organizations running legacy SAP CRM versions or on-premise deployments frequently need to migrate to SAP C/4HANA (SAP Sales Cloud, SAP Service Cloud, SAP Marketing Cloud) or upgrade to the latest SAP CRM release. DESSS conducts a full system audit before migration, performs data cleansing and mapping, and executes a risk-minimized migration plan with rollback checkpoints. Our migration consultants ensure historical CRM data — customer records, opportunity history, service tickets, and interaction logs — is fully preserved and correctly mapped in the new environment.
SAP CRM Customization and Configuration
Every business operates with unique sales processes, service workflows, and customer engagement models. DESSS SAP CRM consultants customize the system to reflect your specific requirements: custom transaction types, partner determination procedures, action profiles, pricing conditions, output management, and ABAP-based enhancements where standard configuration reaches its limit. We document every customization in a technical specification for long-term maintainability.
SAP CRM Support and Managed Services
Post-go-live support is where many SAP projects fail. DESSS provides ongoing SAP CRM managed services, including incident management, change request processing, patch management, performance tuning, and end-user training. Our support model is available across multiple SLA tiers — from standard business-hours support to 24/7 critical incident coverage — giving your internal team confidence that CRM downtime or disruption is handled quickly and professionally.
SAP CRM Training and Change Management
User adoption is the single most important factor in CRM ROI. DESSS delivers role-based SAP CRM training programs — for sales reps, marketing managers, service agents, and system administrators — using real business scenarios from your environment. We also provide change management advisory services to ensure leadership alignment, user buy-in, and a sustainable adoption culture from day one.
SAP CRM Modules We Specialize In
DESSS consultants hold deep expertise across the core SAP CRM module stack.
SAP CRM Sales
We configure and optimize the SAP CRM Sales module to support opportunity management, account and contact management, sales order processing, quotation management, and territory management. DESSS aligns the sales module with your CRM strategy to reduce the sales cycle length and improve pipeline conversion rates.
SAP CRM Marketing
Our consultants configure SAP CRM Marketing for campaign management, segmentation and targeting, lead management, marketing calendar management, and closed-loop marketing analytics. We connect CRM marketing data with SAP BW for campaign ROI reporting and attribution modeling.
SAP CRM Service
DESSS implements SAP CRM Service to manage service contracts, installed base management, complaints and returns processing (CRMD_BUS2000120), and interaction center scripting. For field service-intensive businesses, we configure the service order management workflow end-to-end.
SAP CRM Interaction Center (IC WebClient)
The SAP CRM Interaction Center module powers inbound and outbound call center operations. DESSS configures IC WebClient for customer identification, interaction recording, scripting, and seamless escalation to back-office service processes. We integrate the IC with telephony systems using CTI adapters where required.
SAP CRM Channel Management (Partner Portal)
For businesses with dealer, distributor, or channel partner networks, DESSS configures the SAP CRM Channel Management module — including partner portal setup, fund management, lead routing to partners, and collaborative sales processes.

SAP CRM Consulting Process: How DESSS Works
Phase 1 — Discovery and Requirement Analysis
We conduct structured workshops with your sales, marketing, service, and IT stakeholders to document current-state processes, pain points, integration dependencies, and future-state requirements.
Phase 2 — System Blueprint and Architecture Design
Based on discovery outputs, DESSS produces a detailed system blueprint covering module configuration scope, integration architecture, data migration approach, security model, and go-live strategy.
Phase 3 — Build and Configuration
Our consultants configure the SAP CRM system according to the approved blueprint, building custom enhancements where standard functionality requires extension. All configuration is documented in real time.
Phase 4 — Testing and Quality Assurance
We execute unit testing, system integration testing (SIT), and user acceptance testing (UAT) with your business users. Defects are tracked, resolved, and regression-tested before go-live approval.
Phase 5 — Go-Live and Cutover
DESSS manages the go-live cutover execution — data migration final load, system readiness checks, hypercare team activation, and communication to end users.
Phase 6 — Post Go-Live Support and Optimization
Following go-live, DESSS provides hypercare support for a defined stabilization period, then transitions to ongoing managed services or closes the engagement with full knowledge transfer documentation.

SAP CRM is the legacy on-premises customer relationship management suite built on SAP NetWeaver. SAP C/4HANA — now branded as SAP Customer Experience (CX) — is SAP's cloud-native, next-generation CRM portfolio comprising SAP Sales Cloud, SAP Service Cloud, SAP Marketing Cloud, SAP Commerce Cloud, and SAP Customer Data Cloud. Businesses on SAP CRM on-premises must evaluate whether to remain on their current system with upgrades or migrate to SAP CX in the cloud based on their integration complexity, total cost of ownership, and strategic roadmap. DESSS provides assessment services to help organizations make this decision objectively.
Implementation timelines vary based on the number of CRM modules being deployed, the complexity of integrations with other systems, data migration volume, and the size of the user base. A focused SAP CRM Sales module implementation for a mid-size company typically takes between 12 and 20 weeks. Full-suite implementations covering Sales, Marketing, Service, and Interaction Center in an enterprise environment can take 9 to 18 months. DESSS provides a timeline estimate during the discovery phase based on your specific scope.
DESSS serves clients across manufacturing, healthcare, financial services, retail, professional services, energy, and technology sectors. Our consultants bring both SAP technical expertise and industry-specific process knowledge to every engagement, ensuring CRM configuration reflects your sector's unique business workflows and compliance requirements.
Yes. DESSS provides end-to-end SAP CRM to SAP Sales Cloud migration services, including system assessment, data extraction and mapping, configuration of the target Sales Cloud environment, integration redevelopment, user training, and go-live support. We conduct a pre-migration assessment to identify data quality issues, integration dependencies, and custom object migration complexity before committing to a migration timeline.
Yes. DESSS offers managed services for SAP CRM environments covering incident management, change requests, quarterly health checks, performance tuning, security reviews, and end-user support. Our support agreements are structured around your organization's SLA requirements and can scale from business-hours coverage to 24/7 critical incident management.
DESSS differentiates through deep technical SAP expertise combined with genuine business process consulting — not just configuration services. We maintain a U.S.-based delivery focus, bring cross-module SAP competency (CRM, S/4HANA, Fiori, Integration), and structure every engagement around measurable business outcomes rather than activity-based billing. Our clients receive transparent milestone governance, full documentation, and knowledge transfer that make them self-sufficient after go-live.
SAP CRM integrates with SAP S/4HANA through middleware — primarily SAP Process Integration (PI/PO) or SAP Integration Suite on BTP — enabling real-time synchronization of customer master data, sales orders, pricing conditions, service contracts, and financial postings. DESSS architects and implements these integration scenarios as part of every SAP CRM engagement, ensuring data flows seamlessly between the CRM front-end and the S/4HANA back-end without manual reconciliation.
SAP CRM consulting costs depend on project scope, team size, engagement duration, and delivery model. A focused assessment or advisory engagement may range from a few thousand to tens of thousands of dollars. Full implementation projects are scoped individually based on module count, integration complexity, and user volume. DESSS provides a detailed, fixed-scope proposal following the initial discovery workshop so clients have full cost visibility before committing to a project.
