Global Shop ERP Implementation Services — Structured Rollouts for Manufacturers

Before any configuration begins, DESSS maps your current manufacturing workflows — production, purchasing, inventory, scheduling, costing, and quality — and identifies where standard Global Shop configuration meets your needs and where customization is required.

We configure Global Shop modules based on discovery findings — setting up items, BOMs, routings, work centers, cost structures, purchasing workflows, and other foundational elements aligned with your manufacturing model.

We plan and execute migration of your historical data — open orders, inventory, customer and vendor records, item masters — with data validation and cleanup built into the process.

GAB customizations, custom reports, role-based dashboards, and workflow automations are built and tested in a staging environment before any production deployment.

We conduct structured testing with actual users across every department — production, purchasing, accounting, management — and refine configuration based on real workflow validation.

We support the go-live process, manage day-one issues, and provide structured post-launch support through the critical first 30–60 days.
