Global Shop Dashboard Creation Services — Role-Based Manufacturing Visibility
Build real-time manufacturing dashboards for production, purchasing, inventory, and executive teams inside Global Shop ERP.
Why Global Shop Dashboards Matter
Most Global Shop users have access to data. The problem is that the data is not organized, prioritized, or presented in a way that helps each team make fast decisions. Production supervisors need a different view than purchasing managers. Plant managers need different metrics than executives.
DESSS builds dashboard experiences inside Global Shop that are designed from the role outward — starting with what each audience needs to see, then engineering the data feeds, layouts, and alert logic to deliver it.
OUR SERVICES
Dashboard Types DESSS Builds
Production and Shop Floor Dashboards
Work order status, job release queue, late jobs, labor utilization, machine center loading, and on-time performance — organized for production supervisors who need exception-driven visibility, not raw data lists.
Purchasing and Material Dashboards
Open POs by due date, short material alerts, receiving queue, supplier on-time performance, and buyout exceptions — designed for buyers who need to see what needs action today.
Inventory Management Dashboards
Stock levels by location, slow-moving inventory, cycle count status, material availability for scheduled jobs, and reorder alerts — for inventory teams managing accuracy and availability simultaneously.
Plant Manager and Operations Dashboards
Combined production, purchasing, quality, and financial metrics at the plant level — for managers who need a fast operational health check without running multiple reports.
Executive KPI Dashboards
Revenue, margins, on-time delivery, job costing variance, open order status, and operational KPIs — formatted for leadership review without requiring ERP navigation expertise.
